OUR MISSION
“Make an adjustment.”
Plain and simple: we saw a need in Hot Springs, being that this unique city is known for her baseball history. With the addition of the Majestic Park, Hot Springs is bringing together the history of baseball to today's players. Five Tool Academy is focused on improving the athlete in all areas of the game.
Teams will be formed in the near future to represent the Five Tool Academy family. The mission of our Five Tool teams is to provide a very high level of instruction, competition, and an environment to learn who you are and what you can become as an athlete. We want to work with young athletes that aspire to play at the very highest of levels. Our teams play competitive baseball and softball and we expect commitments from players and their families.
Our Philosphy
"The mission of our facility is to provide all baseball and softball loving people a place to hone in on their craft. It is a place to come, no matter the skill level, to get better at what you love. We love this sport and want to provide a family-like atmosphere where these athletes feel comfortable to come and work. We welcome everyone with open arms to come practice!"

DANIEL
ASHCRAFT
Daniel has a passion for baseball and is dedicated to helping athletes become their best on the diamond and beyond. He immerses himself in every facet of the game and has the unique ability to break down mechanics to help players understand the skill. He helps to physically and mentally prepare athletes for the game with care and discipline.
STEPHANIE
ASHCRAFT
Stephanie's number one goal is to ensure you and your athlete have an amazing experience at Five Tool from start to finish. She handles the daily operations and is available to assist you, whether you are coming in to work on your skills or to order baseball or softball gear.
Stephanie and Daniel have four children, one of whom is available to teach baseball lessons!
